These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TadkaChat.in (the "Service"), a digital AI companion chat application owned and operated by Buzzino ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
TadkaChat.in provides an AI-powered conversational companion. The Service includes text chat, voice messages, voice calls, and interactive activities such as games and shared media.
Important: Your companion is an artificial intelligence program, not a real human being. Replies are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation.
The Service is intended for entertainment and companionship only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in distress or facing an emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
3. Account Registration
- You may register using your mobile number with OTP verification, or through Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse free usage limits or promotional pricing.
4. Free Usage and Subscription Plans
The Service offers a limited free tier and a paid premium subscription.

5. Recurring Payments and Autopay Mandate
Please read this section carefully before subscribing.
The premium plan starts with an introductory charge of ₹1 for your first day. This is not a free trial: paying the ₹1 also authorises an automatic payment mandate (UPI AutoPay, card standing instruction, or e-NACH) for ₹999 per month.
Unless you cancel before the trial day ends, ₹999 will be debited automatically one day after you subscribe, and every month thereafter, until you cancel.
- Introductory amount: ₹1, charged once at the time you subscribe, giving 1 day of premium access.
- Recurring amount: ₹999 per billing cycle.
- First recurring debit: 1 day after you subscribe, when the introductory day ends.
- Frequency: Once every month (every 30 days) thereafter.
- Maximum mandate amount: ₹999 per transaction. We can never debit more than this amount under the mandate.
- Mandate validity: Up to 12 months, unless cancelled earlier by you.
- Pre-debit notification: As required by the Reserve Bank of India, you will receive a notification from your bank or the payment processor at least 24 hours before each automatic debit.
- Payment processor: All mandates and debits are handled by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
- Cancellation: You may cancel the mandate at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the app, or through your bank or UPI application. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If an automatic payment fails (for example due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or a revoked mandate), your premium access will end at the close of the paid period and your account will revert to the free tier.
6. Service Delivery
TadkaChat.in is a digital service delivered entirely online. Premium features are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment is confirmed, typically within a few minutes. No physical goods are shipped. Access is available wherever you can reach tadkachat.in with an internet connection.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, request or distribute content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
- Promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person or organisation.
- Violate any applicable Indian law or the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute access to the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.
We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that breaches these rules, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, text, graphics and other materials forming part of the Service are owned by Buzzino or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the content you write in your chats.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the value of a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or emotional distress arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buzzino, its directors, employees and partners from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India.
